Lakeside Village

Lakeside Village is a 200-unit Section 8 project based affordable housing in Saginaw Twp., MI for families, seniors, and disabled qualifying households.
Lakeside Village waiting list for 1- and 2-bedroom senior/disabled apartments is currently low-wait. Applications may be picked up in the office. Application times are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Accommodations: Applicants can submit applications by mail, internet, or in-person. If an applicant(s) needs further assistance or reasonable accommodation, Lakeside Village will provide any reasonable request to assist in the application process if there is presence of a disability.
